As an artist, I tend to look at the world with a different perspective. Sometimes I get caught up in deep thought and contemplation. This has lead me to the idea of creating, or painting, what I believe to be the “Meaning of the Universe” from a creative artists point of view. I needed to figure out the easiest way to explain how the universe works from what I’ve learned through my own experiences in life and most importantly, my art.
In the Beginning…
It started out with analyzing what I thought I knew about the Universe. Is there an edge and if so, what’s past it? Could it be a blank canvas, waiting to be covered with creation, or in my case…paint? At first I thought I was onto something, but this journey into exploring everything I could comprehend about the Universe quickly turned into figuring out just how little I actually knew. In fact, the more that I learned and began to comprehend, the more I realized just how much more I didn’t actually know about. It’s quite convoluted and complex on so many levels, densities and dimensions of reality.
Before I start rambling off into the cosmos, let’s get back to what I had in mind. Everything is interconnected consciousness of vibrational energy frequencies. At first it seems complicated, but its actually quite simple once your consciousness expands enough to comprehend how we’re all one, with everything there is and ever was as well as infinitely so much more. This just means, I started with a blank canvas and a million ideas swirling around in my head as to how I was going to portray my initial idea.
A blank canvas is quite daunting without a clear idea of where to start. So I had to narrow things down to what I could create that would make it simple for others to understand what I am trying to explain. It’s quite clear that everyone knows we live on planet Earth, whether some people believe it is flat or spherical in nature, everyone seems to be in agreement that we live here so that’s where I wanted to begin.
